We work to plan, design, and manage change as well as providing due diligence checks and completing a contingency plan for if the “what if…” scenario does arise during your STO or project. We work on the ground ensuring QA is checked, validated and signed off on. Then we provide solutions with calculated facts and work with the team to provide ongoing support and management of the technical data required to execute a successful STO or project.

We lead in the field, ensuring works are performed safely, as per plan, with the correct tooling and materials, and of course, to the highest possible standard. We always ensure that our supervision team has the latest technology allowing all the information to be on hand. This also allows information to be communicated back up to the scheduler, superintendent, and managers — ensuring a free flowing and honest STO or project execution.
Our planners have the experience to scope, plan, and implement the works they receive. They come from a trade background, being experienced tradesman that have lived and breathed the works to be completed. Our cost controllers are our governing body that ensures we always stick within our budget premise requirements. They come with the experience of developing and driving cost compliance, ensuring continuous improvement as your STO or project matures.
